Delivery- Collect our USPS package immediately and do not let them sit outside for extended periods of time, they are temperature sensitive. Please make sure you have a secure location for packages to be delivered. If your package is damaged due to weather there's a good chance USPS will not cover the cost of the damage and therefore we will not refund the order.

Returns

If you wish to cancel an order, please cancel beofre the items are processed. Orders that have been processed and shipped cannot be cancelled.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct and going to the right place. If your order is returned to us in the mail for any reason you can choose one of two things:
1. Refund you for the cost of the item. You will not receive a refund on the shipping costs, we are charged shipping for every item we ship.
2. You can pay for another shipping charge via Venmo and we will reship to another address you provide.
If an item arrives damaged please contact us immediately via email with a photo of the damage so we can replace the item. Thank you!
REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN FOR USPS SHIPPING DELAYS. Thank you for understanding!

Delivered Products

If your product is “delivered” but was not received, please contact your local post office. Often packages not retrieved promptly are stolen and that is outside of our control, therefore items that are marked as delivered will not be replaced. Please have a secure location for packages to be delivered.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged please send us a photo of the damage immediately so we can file a claim with the insurance company. We must receive a photo or we cannot file the claim and cannot replace the item.
